We are hiring the team that opens Chasen's in September 2027. If you've worked Carbone, COTE, Bavette's, Per Se — or you've spent the last decade quietly being the best server, captain, sommelier, or line cook in Tampa — we want to talk.

Maître d', service captains, servers, runners, sommelier, hosts, lounge captains.

Bar

Bartenders trained in the Zachary Debs program, barbacks, bottle service captains.

Kitchen

Sous chef, line cooks (grill, sauté, garde manger), pastry chef, prep team.

Pastry & Dessert Cart

Pastry chef and dessert cart captains for the Chasen's signatures.

Private Events

Private events captain, events coordinator, dedicated service team for the downstairs Private Dining Room.

Heart of House

Stewards, dish team, porters. The room only works because of you.
